How it works
Northeast Exterminators applies a product that exterminates the lantern flies in 24 hours when they make contact with the surface.
We treat areas as high as 6 ft from the ground* , along the exterior sides of a building/structure, 3 ft out from the building/structure on the ground, and 3-4 ft up from the base of trees that are within 10 ft of the building/structure.
*Per state law it is illegal for pest control companies to treat any higher than 6 ft.
Our product takes between one hour and eight hours to take effect and will last as a residual between 30-45 days.
A second service may be needed if the infestation reoccurs after 45 days building/structure. It is not unusual that during the course of lantern fly season three to four treatments may be necessary.
Pricing
The cost of one application is dependent on the size of the area that is being treated.
A single-family residence will usually cost from $150.00 and up.
Commercial pricing is available upon request.
